In West Java, the Mount Salak volcanic aquifer represents one of the country’s most valuable hydrological reserves. Deep basaltic rock strata act as natural micro-filters, providing artesian water with naturally balanced mineral content and total dissolved solids (TDS) under 28 parts per million.

1. Hydrological Telemetry & Recharge Balance

Conventional water extraction frequently suffers from unregulated drawdown, depleting shallow water tables that surrounding agricultural communities rely upon for irrigation. When designing our Caringin intake station, Aufclaroune mandated continuous telemetry logging.

Core Hydrologic Metric

Extraction is capped at <45% of peak seasonal flow head, ensuring that the primary underground basin maintains a 100% net recharge equilibrium year-round.

2. 7-Stage Purification Without Mineral Depletion

Rather than utilizing aggressive chemical deionization or heavy reverse osmosis that strips water of healthy electrolytes, our facility deploys a seven-stage mechanical and ultraviolet barrier.

3. Community Buffer Zones & Local Protection

The ultimate defense of any watershed is the community surrounding it. By hiring exclusively from neighboring villages and funding local agroforestry tree plantings on surrounding hillsides, we ensure that the soil retention capacity above the spring remains uncompromised by deforestation.
